Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة بالتتبع التاريخي نشأة مكتبة المعارف بغيل باوزير بمحافظة حضرموت من لحظة انبثاقها فكرةً إلى ولادتها ثم اندثارها، ما بين عامي 1951 - 1997م وقد اعتمد الباحث على الوثائق المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع، وهدفت الدراسة إلى بيان الدور الثقافي للمكتبة، وكذلك المراحل التي مرت بها، وإظهار حلقة من حلقات تاريخ حضرموت في مجال المكتبات.
