Abstract

       The current study aimed to identify the role of secondary school teachers at the Islamic Guidance Institute in Indonesia in enhancing intellectual security from the point of view of school administration. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers followed the descriptive approach, and the sample number reached (65) individuals, and a questionnaire consisting of (15) items was constructed. To measure the roles of secondary school teachers at the Islamic Guidance Institute in Indonesia in promoting intellectual security, the results of the study revealed that the level of agreement of the opinions of the study sample members regarding the items of the study tool was “Medium.” The opinions of the study sample members were moderate about the following roles played by the teachers of the Islamic Guidance Institute in Indonesia, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the response of the study sample members to the role of the teachers of the Islamic Guidance Institute in Indonesia in promoting intellectual security due to the variables: gender, Academic qualification and number of years of experience.
