Features of Jurisprudential Renewal in Al-Sadiq Al-Ghariani through his Book: “The Blog of Maliki Jurisprudence and Its Evidence”

Abstract

      Sadiq Al-Ghariani is considered one of the contemporary Maliki scholars who has an impact on the service of Maliki jurisprudence and its renewal in form and content, and this is what I aimed to highlight in this research through two sections, the first: jurisprudential renewal: its concept, fields and controls, the second: features of jurisprudential renewal according to Sadiq Al-Ghariani, and i have reached several results, including: Jurisprudential renewal can not stand on its own unless it is issued by its people; great scientists with Taking into account the rest of its other legal controls, otherwise it would be a kind of confusion and randomness that negatively affects Islamic jurisprudence, and distorts its true image.
