Researchers' obligations:

Publication Ethics:

Submitting the research to the journal means that the researchers agree to abide by the publication ethics specified by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), which can be reviewed from the following two links: https://publicationethics.org/guidance/Guidelines

https://publicationethics.org/guidance/Guidelines

https://publicationethics.org/

The researcher signs a declaration confirming his ownership of the research, the originality of his research, and that it has not been previously published or sent to another party for publication.

If the researcher becomes aware of any defect in his research, after sending it to the journal, or after it is published, he must notify the editor-in-chief of this and work to correct the defect.

The researcher must be responsive and work on any recommended amendments at any time while submitting the research to the journal until the research paper is published or after its publication if necessary.

The researcher should avoid discussing topics that provoke sectarianism, ethnicity, denominationalism, and partisanship.

The views expressed in the research published in the journal are solely those of the researchers.

The journal does not publish research that does not comply with these published standards. If the journal discovers, after publishing the research, that its author has not adhered to these standards, it will remove the research from the journal’s website and indexed databases, at any time it discovers this.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct, the journal will report any suspected cases of plagiarism or duplicate publication. It reserves the right to use plagiarism detection software to check submitted manuscripts at any time.

Editors' Obligations

The editor is tasked with selecting research suitable for publication in the journal and plays a key role in making decisions regarding this, as well as addressing issues of copyright infringement and plagiarism. In doing so, the editor consults with specialized referees and other appropriate members of the journal’s advisory board.

The editor is also committed to the following:

Complete neutrality and objectivity regarding the research submitted to the journal, so that it is considered regardless of the researcher’s race, gender, beliefs, or nationality.

Confidentiality will be maintained, ensuring that no information related to the research submitted to the journal is disclosed, except to those authorized by the journal’s administrative and advisory bodies, if necessary.

Integrity and fair dealing: The editor must ensure the integrity of the selected arbitrators and must take care to maintain the anonymity of both the researchers and the arbitrators.

Contributing to research and investigation processes regarding the integrity of research submitted to the journal, ensuring its scientific integrity, making appropriate corrections, or rejecting and withdrawing the article when necessary. He also looks into the complaints submitted if requested, follows up on them, and communicates with those assigned to communicate with them regarding this matter.

Obligations of Arbitrators:

Each research manuscript is reviewed by two referees specializing in the relevant field. If one referee rejects the manuscript, it is sent to a third referee to ensure fairness to the researcher. The third referee's decision is final in determining the acceptance or rejection of the research. The refereeing process is double-blind, ensuring that neither the researcher knows the identity of the referees nor the referees know the researcher's identity.

The arbitrators are selected from different universities and should hold high academic titles (professor or associate professor).

The referee is dedicated to maintaining scientific integrity in research arbitration and ensuring impartiality.

The referee must adhere to the time allotted to him, and if he encounters any problem, he must inform the editor-in-chief immediately.

The arbitrator must maintain complete confidentiality concerning the research assigned for arbitration.

The referee shall support his report with scientific evidence and shall be committed to ensuring that his comments on the research are detailed.

Obligations of the Journal's Board of Directors:

Adhering to the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) policies are a reference in scientific research ethics.

Ensure that research submitted for publication is evaluated regardless of the author’s gender, religious belief, or political affiliation.

Maintaining the confidentiality of information related to research submitted for publication by persons who may have access to it.

Ensuring that the researcher is given sufficient opportunity to make the required amendments and answer the reviewers’ questions.

Commitment to inform the researcher of the approval to publish his research, and the specific number in which it will be published.

The arrangement of research in the issues is subject to technical criteria.
