The Impact of Knowledge Management Strategies on Total Quality Management (A field study on the Faculty of Education and Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Mahrah University)

This study aimed to find out the impact of knowledge management strategies on the level of total quality management، through knowing the role of the coding strategy، and the personalization strategy at the level of total quality management in the Faculties of Education and Administrative Sciences at Al-Mahra University، and to achieve this، the study used the descriptive analytical approach، and an electronic questionnaire was designed to collect data from a sample consisting of (75) faculty members in the Faculties of Education and Administrative Sciences at Al-Mahra University، and to display and analyze the results of the study، a set of statistical methods were used through SPSS V26، The study concluded a set of results، the most important of which are: the existence of a statistically significant impact of knowledge management strategies at the level of total quality management in the Faculties of Education and Administrative Sciences at Al-Mahra University، as well as the existence of a statistically significant impact of the two dimensions (coding strategy and personalization strategy) at the level of total quality management in the faculties of Education and Administrative Sciences at Al-Mahra University on achieving administrative creativity، The study recommended the importance of the administrations of the two colleges under study to realize the benefits of adopting knowledge management strategies، especially (coding strategy، personalization strategy) in transferring and exchanging knowledge among faculty members، as well as its impact on the quality of service، and the reuse of knowledge coded by the information systems available in these two colleges.
