الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومساعديهم بجامعة المهرة لمهارات استخدام تطبيقي:(Zoom-GOOGLE MEET)

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومساعديهم بجامعة المهرة لمهارات استخدام تطبيقي:(Zoom-GOOGLE MEET), ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي ، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانةَ أداةً لجمع البيانات موزعة إلى محورين: المحور الأول المهارات المتعلقة ب تطبيق ZOOM ومكونة من(29) فقرة. المحور الثاني: المهارات المتعلقة ب تطبيق GOOGLE MEET ومكونة من(23) فقرة, وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلــغ عددهــا (72) عضــواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس يمثلـون (%49) مـن المجتمـع الأصلـي للدراسة. ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام تطبيق الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS). وأظهرت النتائـج وجـود درجـة احتيـاج كبيـرة لمهارات استخدام تطبيق (ZOOM) بمتوسط حسابي (3,4)، وانحراف معياري (0,19), وجـود درجـة احتيـاج متوسطة لمهارات استخدام تطبيق(MEET GOOGLE) بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي(3,07), وانحراف معياري (0,95). عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمهارات استخدام تطبيقي:(ZOOM -GOOGLE MEET) تُعزَى لمتغير الجنس، حيث بلغت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي لذكور(3,10)، والمتوسط الحسابي للإناث (2,97)، وقيمة اختبار(t) المحسوبة تساوي0.589))، عند مستوي معنوية (0.558)، وهي أكبر من مستوي معنوية(0.05).وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمهارات استخدام تطبيقي: (ZOOM -GOOGLE MEET) تُعزَى لمتغير الكلية حيث كانت قيمة اختبار(ف) المحسوبة تساوي (0,907)، عند مستوي معنوية (0,443)، وهي أكبر من مستوي معنوية (0.05), وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمهارات استخدام تطبيقي: (ZOOM -GOOGLE MEET) تُعزَى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي(معيد, ماجستير, دكتوراه) حيث كانت قيمة اختبار(ف) المحسوبة تساوي (2,120)، عند مستوي معنوية (0,128)، وهي أكبر من مستوي معنوية (0.05). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج يتضـح وجـود درجة احتياج متوسطة لمهارات استخدام تطبيقي(Zoom-GOOGLE MEET) لأعضـاء هيئـة التدريـس ومساعديهم بجامعـة المهرة وهـو مـا يتطلب تدريـب أعضـاء هيئـة التدريـس علـى مهـارات استخدام تطبيقي: (ZOOM -GOOGLE MEET) التي تناولتها الدراسة الحالية.

 The study aimed to discover the training needs of faculty members and their assistants at Mahrah University for the skills of using the applications: (ZOOM-GOOGLE MEET). To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive method. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. It was divided into two sections: the first section was about the skills related to the ZOOM application, which consisted of (29) statements. The second section was about the skills related to the GOOGLE MEET application, which consisted of (23) statements. A random sample of (72) faculty members representing (49%) of the original community was selected for the study. To analyze the data, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application was used. The results showed a high degree in the need of the skills in using (ZOOM) application, with an average (3.4) and a standard deviation (0.91). While a medium degree in the need of the skills in using (GOOGLE MEET) application, with an average (3.07) and a standard deviation (0.95). There were no statistically significant differences for the skills of using (ZOOM and GOOGLE MEET) applications regarding the gender variable. In which the average value for the male was (3.10), and for the females was (2.97). The value of the calculated (t) test was equal (0.589), at a significant level (0.558), which was greater than the level of significance (0.05). There were no statistically significant differences for the skills in using (GOOGLE MEET) application attributed to the college variable, where the value of the calculated (f) test was equal to (0.907), at a level of significance (0.443), which was greater than the level of significance (0.05). There were no statistically significant differences for the skills in using (GOOGLE MEET) application regarding the academic qualification variable (BA, MA, PhD), where the value of the calculated (f) test was equal to (2.120), at a significance level (0.128), which was greater than a significant level (0.05). In light of these results, it was clear that, there was a moderate degree of the need for the skills of using (ZOOM-GOOGLE MEET) applications for faculty members and their assistants at Mahrah University. Therefore, it requires training the faculty members to acquire the skills in using (ZOOM-GOOGLE MEET) applications, which was addressed in the current study.
