Dr. Kalshat inspects the progress of the educational process at the College of Applied Sciences and Humanities

Today, the President of Al-Mahrah University, Dr. Anwar Muhammad Kalshat, accompanied by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Fayez Jamaan bin Merkab, inspected the progress of the educational process in the College of Applied Sciences and Humanities – the second semester.
During the visit, Kalshat was briefed on the conditions of the students and the nature of the educational process, praising the level of discipline with the beginning of the second semester.
Dr. Kalashat emphasized that the university is ambitious to include quality colleges and majors that serve the labor market and meet the governorate’s need for specialized staff, to be a scientific beacon and a platform for graduating cadres capable of contributing to building the country and supplying the local market with the required educational outputs.
Kalshat toured the college building, classrooms, and departmental offices, and listened to a detailed explanation from the specialists of the most important needs, the course of the educational process, and the size of students’ demand for the existing majors.
He inspected the progress of work in additions to classrooms in the college with the support of the local authority, praising the support of the local authority for the educational process in the colleges.
The President of the University was received by the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences and Humanities, Dr. Muhammad Al-Mujeibi, and the heads of departments and faculty members.
