While linguistic research is available in the study and scientific research centers of universities and higher institutes, the linguistic skills related to Quranic Qira’at are not unique to research and authorship in a way that draws attention to them. Therefore, the topic of this research will be on (AL-Qira’at-Quranic and its effects on the acquisition on linguistic skills) The research aims to define language skills and clarify the reality of reading language skills in the present age. Explaining the importance of language skills in Quranic Qira’at, detailing the types of language skills in Quranic Qira’at, and showing the impact of Quranic Qira’at on the acquisition of language skills. The approach is inductive, descriptive and analytical. This research includes introduction: Indeed, the Qur’anic linguistic skills in the Qur’anic AL-Qira’at. And three topics: the first topic: Language skills definition and importance, the second topic: the types of language skills in Quranic Qira’at, and the third topic: the impact of Quranic Qira’at in controlling language skills. Among the results of the research: The Quranic Qira’at do not differ in the names of the four language skills: (listening, reading, speaking, and writing) about the Arabic language, but the difference between them remains in the impact that leave. The linguistic skills acquired by readers of Qira’at include those related to narration, and those related to knowledge.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 مجلة جامعة المهرة للعلوم الإنسانيةhttps://mhru.edu.ye/mujounrals/index.php/mjh/article/view/210Quranic Readings in Arabic Nouns and Their Variability in Terms of Syntax Through the Book (AlBayan in the Odd lrab of the Quran) by Abu AlBarakat Ibn AlAnbari: A Grammatical and Semantic Study2025-06-24T14:16:52+00:00حسن علي ناصر جهلانhassan.jahlan@tu.edu.ye
This research aims to present a clear picture of ibn Al Anbaris book Al Bayan regarding its approach and direction concerning Quranic readings that exhibit synthetic variability in the declension irab of words. This variability in declension produces different meanings. The study investigates whether the purpose behind these variations is to clarify meanings and the benefits derived from them. Additionally it explores whether removing the declension from the word would eliminate its intended meaning. Quranic readings have various syntactic positions that impact different meanings leading to multiple syntactic interpretations. The study is divided into an introduction three section and a conclusion. The introduction outlines the research topic while the first section examines Ibn Al Anbaris approach to dealing with Quranic readings. The second section discusses the variation in declension and the different syntactic interpretations of Quranic readings. The third section highlights the benefits of these readings and their impact on meaning. The study concludes that Quranic readings introduce syntactic variations that affect word meanings and that these variations provide linguistic rhetorical and semantic insights. However these readings despite their different syntactic interpretations do not alter the overall general meaning of the verse or its intended message.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 مجلة جامعة المهرة للعلوم الإنسانيةhttps://mhru.edu.ye/mujounrals/index.php/mjh/article/view/211The Phenomena of Deviation from the Origin in the Rule - The Poetry of Al-Harith Bin Ubad - A Model.2025-06-24T14:16:50+00:00عبدالله جبران عبدالله القحطاني badar99968@gmail.com
The study aims at studying the phenomena of deviation from the origin in the rule - the poetry of Al-Harith Bin Ubad - A Model. The study is presented in one chapter, it is divided into three sections, preceded by an introduction and a preface, followed by a conclusion and technical indexes. The preface contains three components: The first was devoted to introducing Al-Harith bin Abbad and his poetry, the second reviewed the symptoms of composition and deviation from the original, and the third element dealt with deviation from the original and concessions. Then came the talk about those three topics, where the first topic was devoted to departing from the established principle and includes four demands. The first requirement: deviating from the original by placing the predicate before the subject, the second requirement: deviating from the origin by the occurrence of the subject being indefinite, and the third requirement: deviating from the origin by the occurrence of the predicate. One of the interrogative nouns, and the fourth requirement: deviating from the original by omitting one of the two ta’s from the present tense verb. As for the second topic, it was about departing from the non-progressive origin, and it had three requirements: the first: departing from the origin in conjugating the non inflected and preventing the inflected, the second: departing from the origin in shortening the extended one and extending the shortened one, and the third: departing from the original from the hamzat al-qat` to the hamzat al-wasl and vice versa. The third section includes applications from the poetry of Al-Harith bin Abbad.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 د. عبدالله جبران عبدالله القحطاني https://mhru.edu.ye/mujounrals/index.php/mjh/article/view/212The Effect of Listening Skill on Speech Production Among Non-Arabic Speakers2025-06-24T14:17:26+00:00عادل بن حمدان بن زايد الردينيarudaini@su.edu.omعبد الله بن خميس بن عبد الله النياديk.a-512@hotmail.com.a
This research seeks to discuss the impact of listening skill and its importance on teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers, and thus the ability to produce correct words. Listening represents the first skill in learning and acquiring a language. In general, a speaker cannot produce a word or speech unless s/he has listened to linguistic vocabulary from that language over and over again. Then, after the listening process, s/he begins to imitate them, pronounce them, and use them according to his or her need, desire, and thought in accordance with the language system. The listening process must be controlled in an ideal manner, especially for those who work in teaching the language according to principles and controls that they consider effective. So that the acquisition process is progressively fruitful at every stage. The research will focus on the importance of listening to the sounds of Arabic letters in general. The letter represents a small unit for constructing the word, and this unit must be sound in its construction in order for the word to be correct in its meaning after that. If the learner possesses the skill of controlling the letter and pronouncing it according to its origin and characteristics, s/he will be able to produce words that are correct in their constructions. In particular, the research will discuss the sounds of velar letters; As it is characterized by change, simplification, and failure to achieve its natural outcome, it is the most difficult to pronounce and use among non-Arabic speakers within the limits of our knowledge.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 د. عادل بن حمدان بن زايد الرديني، د. عبد الله بن خميس بن عبد الله النياديhttps://mhru.edu.ye/mujounrals/index.php/mjh/article/view/213Political Thinking Between Theory and Practice in the Two Sheikhs: Khamis bin Saeed Al-Shaqsi and Noor Al-Din Al-Salmi2025-06-24T14:17:24+00:00خميس بن علي بن سيف الرواحي krawahi@su.edu.om
The research sheds light on the political thought of two of the most prominent figures and celebrities of Omani political thought, namely: Sheikh Khamis bin Saeed Al-Shaqsi and Sheikh Nour Al-Din Abdullah bin Humaid Al-Salmi, whose temporal and spatial framework differed, focusing on exploring the depths of this thought in terms of their theoretical and applied aspects, comparing The two parties in their foundations of political thought and its starting points for each of them, and an explanation of their intellectual influence in resurrecting and reviving the authority of the Imamate. Among these scholars is Imam Adh-Dhahabi, who is known of being fair to innovators, especially the Shia. He spoke about them with justice and fairness. One of his fair evaluations is correcting the Hadith of Ghadir Khumm, which the Shia consider the day when the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) appointed Ali as his successor. Adh-Dhahabi weakens all the hadiths that explicitly criticize the Shia and authenticates many of their scholars known for their truthfulness, memorization, and precision. Therefore, I recommend students of Hadith Science to highlight the fairness of the scholars of Hadith Science and make sure to speak about the narrators with justice and fairness.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 مجلة جامعة المهرة للعلوم الإنسانيةhttps://mhru.edu.ye/mujounrals/index.php/mjh/article/view/215The Crime of Infringing on Private Life by Using a Mobile Phone in Sharia and Law2025-06-24T14:16:42+00:00عبد الوهاب عبد الكريم محمد المباركwhabb@hotmail.com
The relentless and continuous technological advancements in modern means of communication pose a significant threat to the right to privacy. The study based on analyzing the external parallel texts as used in four plays namely: The New Shylock, The Lost Torah, The Return of Paradise, and Juha's Nail. The research focuses on the book cover image and the colors used, in addition to the title of the work and the author's name, as main components for studying the structure of the parallel text and its connotations. The research focuses the semantic and aesthetic aspects of the parallel texts and the extent of their impact on understanding the theatrical text, by tracking these texts and their interaction with the content. The issue is not restricted to mere visual connections, but extends to address the symbolic dimensions that contribute to interpreting the theatrical work. The study has been divided into two main themes namely: the theoretical aspect, which discusses the significance of the cover page and colors, and their role in guiding the reader to understand the text, and the applied aspect, which deals with the analytical processes of the texts under study, in order to link the title and its meanings to the internal connotations of the theatrical text. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach in tracking these texts and linking them to the text connotation in terms of structure and meaning. The research concluded that parallel texts contribute in building the meanings of the dramatic text and deepen the recipient’s understanding. This indicates that parallel texts play a vital role in globalizing the literary work perception.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 مجلة جامعة المهرة للعلوم الإنسانيةhttps://mhru.edu.ye/mujounrals/index.php/mjh/article/view/217The Space of the Marginalized in the Yemeni Novel2025-06-24T14:16:38+00:00عصام واصل esam_wasel@tu.edu.ye
This research addresses the space of the marginalized people in the Yemeni novel, as a space of transition for the marginalized people (the Akhdam), who suffer from a series of discriminatory practices in terms of relationships, place, and rights. The aim is to understand how these spaces are formed, the polarities that govern them, the worldview that creates a homogeneous meaning among the characters, and their sense of action and reaction in each of the spaces they inhabit or travel through. This was done in a collection of Yemeni novels spanning the years 2008 to 2021, using the methods of cultural criticism and the structural composition of reading and exploration. It is divided into an introduction, two chapters, and results. The first chapter addresses the space of residence by exploring places of residence and the characters' relationships with them, and the polarities, relationships, and mutual viewpoints they produce between the self and the other in terms of values, behaviors, and perceptions. The second chapter addresses spaces of transition as a factor in understanding the other's perspective and relationship with the self, and thus the impact of this space on shaping the behavior of the self and the other, he concluded that the space of the marginalized was not merely a transient space in the novels, but rather a lived, repellent experience that creates suffering, the consequences of which are felt by the marginalized characters. The self (the marginalized) was forced to move to the space of the other in order to work and secure his daily sustenance. To do so, he performed jobs described as degrading and dirty, such as begging, shining shoes, washing cars, or stealing.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 مجلة جامعة المهرة للعلوم الإنسانيةhttps://mhru.edu.ye/mujounrals/index.php/mjh/article/view/219Conversational Implicature in the Novel (Emergency Death) by Adel Al-Dosari2025-06-24T14:16:36+00:00عائشة محمد غالب الحارثيAisha14191419@gmail.com
The present study aimed to investigate a narrative text by a Saudi writer who has established himself in the Saudi cultural scene. The writer studied and analyzed the dialogistic implication in the novel "Emergency Death" by Adel Al-Dosari by applying the interactive approach to the study. The writer used narration and dialogue to communicate between the narrative characters. In this study, the writer applied the principle of cooperation for the theory of dialogistic implication according to Grice, which is (the rule of quantity, the rule of quality, the rule of appropriateness, the rule of method). The research was divided into an introduction and a preface, and four chapters. The preface dealt with defining the writer and his novel, and the emergence and development of the dialogistic implication. Each chapter dealt with one of the four rules of the principle of cooperation. The research focused on the narrative's violation of these rules, and its failure to adhere to the typical implication, or the example in which the meaning of the speech matches the speaker's intention, to go beyond the direct literal meaning to the hidden implicit meaning produced by the dialogistic implication.
2025-06-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 مجلة جامعة المهرة للعلوم الإنسانيةhttps://mhru.edu.ye/mujounrals/index.php/mjh/article/view/220The Impact of Feasibility Studies on the Efficiency of Beekeeping Projects in Hadhramaut Governorate2025-06-24T14:16:34+00:00أنور سالم مصيباحamusibah@seiyunu.edu.yeتوفيق فؤاد بن ثابتTofeeg123123@gmail.com
The study aimed to measure the impact of the feasibility studies with their dimensions (economic، marketing، environmental، technical، financial، social، and legal) on the efficiency of beekeeping projects in Hadhramout Governorate from the point of view of beekeepers.
